SUMMARY:Somatic Solutions For Chronic Pain & Discomfort (free) online
DESCRIPTION:Somatic Solutions For Chronic Pain & Discomfort (free) Online Masterclass \nLiving with chronic pain and discomfort is exhausting—not just physically\, but emotionally. \nWhen you’re in the thick of it\, it’s easy to feel isolated\, anxious\, or even hopeless. You might feel like your world has started to shrink as you say “no” to the things you love\, simply because your body feels like it’s stuck in a permanent state of “high alert.” \nThe truth is\, chronic pain often creates a protective feedback loop in the nervous system. While the body can become very skilled at “bracing” for pain\, the good news is that your nervous system is incredibly plastic. This means that with the right somatic tools\, you can “retrain” your body to move out of survival mode and back into a state of ease. \nYou don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle of bracing and discomfort. \nI have an amazing opportunity to share with you that offers a clear roadmap toward that relief. I highly recommend you join me for this FREE online series from AVAIYA University: \nSomatic Solutions For Chronic Pain & Discomfort \nThis online series is brought to you by iKE ALLEN & Ande Anderson\, Co-Owners of AVAIYA University (creators & teachers of transformational courses\, books\, films and online events such as\, Overcoming Anxiety & Fear\, Breaking Free From Trauma\, Healing Your Nervous System\, and many more). \nHere’s just some of what you’ll learn from 20 somatic experts\, doctors\, scientists & more: \nHeal the “Protection” Response: Understand why “Your Pain Makes Sense” as a nervous system signal and how to transition from a state of bracing to a state of ease. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRelease Resistance with Mindfulness: Learn to stop the “second arrow” of suffering by softening your lens and using mindfulness to dissolve the mental struggle against physical discomfort. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMicro-Movements for Macro Relief: Use simple facial movements and daily mindful habits to relieve deep-seated physiological and mental discomfort. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMaster the Nervous System “Reset”: Discover how Neurogenic Tremoring and somatic pathways allow your body to naturally shake off stored survival energy and tension. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStop Fighting Your Symptoms: Shift from fear and frustration to calm curiosity using somatic inquiry to change your literal relationship with physical pain. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Power of the Breath: Learn specific breath and movement strategies designed to create immediate space and “fluid movement as medicine” for your core. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Food-Pain Connection: Discover how to reverse chronic disease and inflammation using simple “supermarket foods” and dietary shifts that act as internal medicine. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQuantum Healing & Energy Medicine: Explore Embodied Quantum Osteopathy and Quantum-Touch to transform pain at the energetic and cellular levels. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTargeted Relief for Pelvic Health: Gain specialized somatic tools to address the unique complexities of chronic pelvic pain and tension. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTapping Into Relief: Master the power of EFT (Tapping) to process the emotional charge often trapped within chronic physical symptoms. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHerbal & Mind-Body Integration: Understand the profound link between the mind and body\, and how specific herbs can support the physical recovery process. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCreating Your Pathway to Freedom: Learn to “Wild your Core” and use yoga-based somatic pathways to reclaim your bodily autonomy and move with confidence again. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us now for this FREE series & discover the solutions you and your loved ones need to heal.\nWill you join us and take the first step toward a more vibrant\, comfortable life? \nSave your spot right here and start your journey toward relief.  \nAfter you register\, keep an eye out for AVAIYA’s email for specific details on accessing the expert classes.
