I’m trying something new, and I hope you’ll join me in this experiment.

During May, I’ll be offering meditation and breathing practices, specifically for mood management on Zoom. You can join me live or watch the replay (available to registrants for a week after each session).
Please see below for the two offerings in May, and if you enjoy them, I may offer more this summer. My plan is to offer an online weekend workshop in the late fall.

Together, we’ll practice yoga protocols that lift the heart, calm the mind, balance the mood, and remind us of who we truly are Now! These ancient practices have been adapted for home, studio, and clinical settings. These practices are taught and led, and include breathing, mantra, mudra, and silent meditation.
