LifeForce Yoga Meditation to Ride the Waves of Politics & Social Media

How do we stay present without being washed overboard in these days darkened by political divisions and the constant waves of social media? Amy will explore this question and together we will practice a meditation to remain connected to our own True Nature, setting a steady course for ourselves and those we serve.

Sacred Space Sunday Gatherings are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday afternoons at 4:15 in the Community Room at the Tucson City Council Ward 6 Office, 3202 E 1st Street (one block south of Speedway, one block east of Country Club). Drop-ins welcome, no pre-registration necessary, and donations are welcome but not required.
