A Fall Retreat at Kripalu.

We all have a Precious Center. A place within that is unsullied by life’s traumatic events. LifeForce Yoga skills remove restrictions and help us access the compassion we need to explore our wounds with clarity and wisdom. IFS teaches us how to relate to ourselves and others from a place of inclusion, empathy, and curiosity, and the two modalities dovetail beautifully. You will experience the blend of a gentle, evidence-based yoga protocol to help you self-soothe and clear your mind as you work with your IFS parts. The manager parts, reactive parts, and those tender young parts from a place of compassionate self-awareness that is your highest Self. 

Is there a worried or depressed part of you that keeps you from seeing clearly? Is there a fearful part of you that prevents you from fully engaging in life and relationships?

Through pranayama, meditations, mantras, and yoga, you will:

  • Access your Self energy.
  • Learn skills to manage your mood.
  • Strengthen the Self to part relationships.
  • Unblend the parts that take over your internal system.
  • Safely tend to the protected parts of you that are not yet healed.

Return home feeling refreshed and with new tools to bring balance to the emotional and physical bodies.

NOTE This program is suitable for all levels including beginners. Psychotherapists, health professionals, and yoga teachers will learn techniques not regularly taught in yoga classes to help clients focus, relax, and gain greater access to their feelings. CE credits are available for yoga professionals. More information will be provided during the program.
