Consider nourishing yourself by cultivating an organizing part who offers you time every morning to sit in silence and watch the birds at the feeder or reminds you to close your eyes and breathe consciously. Consider giving your manager part a bonus if they hang the "do not disturb" sign while you are working at your craft or your art and stand guard against even the most well-meaning intrusion.
